The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs gym and a large 25 m outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Everything was fantastic. We had no issues during our stay. The staff were polite and very helpful. The atmosphere was lovely. Easy access to the citygate mall and the free shuttle to the airport was a bonus (no issues there too)

The marble en suite bathroom comes with a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in rainshower.

Pampering massage treatments, steam rooms and saunas are available at the spa. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Harbor view is terrific. Very comfortable room. Great amenities: restaurants, spa, etc.

The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. Wonderful hotel which is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, best night scene and super comfortable bed! You can go downstairs to enjoy shopping/foods at Elements and walk 10mins to M+ museum. It's also convenient to walk surrounded to Canton Road. I'll choose W every time when I go business travel.

The hotel is just perfect, the service is at the highest possible standards, starting from the door openers at the entrance to the phone operators - the entire hotel team which I came across and interacted with during the stay is amazing - thank you all.

Friendly staff, extra care for kids, provided more towels and bathroom kits for our toddlers . staffs were being helpful for booking lunch and giving direction for local attraction, the hotel itself is a piece of art, with great food selection and truly one of the best hotel in HK.

Everything was exceptional, the staff the Harbourside room, the facilities, restaurants, comfort of the bed, the staff organising taxis, welcoming us home each time we returned, bathroom facilities and the gifts received to welcome us..

Supervised activities for young children are also available at Camp Hyatt. Hotel is very new, modern and stylish. Everything in bathroom was working. Hyatt level! Bar has live music performances in the evening - singing european and british hit songs. Coctails are somewhat interesting but pricey. View from the room is incredible - panoramic view on the bay!

It's close to the metro station and the star ferry station. The facility is also very good. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The room is big enough, especially in HK.
