Positives and there are so many - My room was so beautiful, spotlessly clean and spacious. The amenities are luxurious - shampoo, conditioner and body lotion smells divine. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, I could’ve happily slept and lazed around all day. Absolutely nothing to fault with my room. I felt rested and pampered. The hotel is directly connected to outlet shopping. Tip - I had the best dumplings in the restaurant on your left as you exit the hallway from the hotel lift.

Certified with the Indoor Environment Quality, the hotel implemented with additional hygiene measures, including UV light installed air conditioning system and negative air pressure ventilation system for all guest rooms. We stayed in one of the club suites, and the service was some of the best I have ever experienced. Staff were extremely accommodating of our children, and catered to our dietary restrictions. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide range of food. Incredible view from our room and extremely comfortable room.

They are equipped with a 65" Smart TV with Chrome Cast streaming and mirroring, a DVD player and an iPod dock. Some rooms include a Nespresso machine or specially formulated toiletries from Paris. The marble en suite bathroom comes with a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in rainshower.

The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. We had a free room upgrade (to a room with awesome view). Check in/out was very fast with staffs always available to guide us around. Service was exceptional. Love that we have 24/7 room service and gym. Location is super convenient, with a mall right next to the hotel, connected. Walking distance to Kowloon and Austin MTR.

At the Peninsula Spa, relax with a full body massage or soak in the hot tubs. There is also an on-site shopping arcade, and well-equipped function rooms. Guests can also stay in shape at the fitness centre, or get professional services at the business centre. Room was superb and fit all of us comfortably. Location was in front of the Hongkong Space Museum and the hotel was below some shops. The breakfast was also superb and worth the money. Would love to check in again. We'd like to add that since we had children, the hotel went above and beyond and added a crib, a childs bed, as well as toilet amenities for our children.

The private bathroom comes with a separate rainshower and a bathtub. A flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player and Nespresso machine are all included. Everything, mostly the very attentive staff. The best hotel in Hong Kong! I spent my Birthday weekend at the hotel and nothing beats Mandarin Oriental when it comes to service, marvelous rooms and we were pampered like royals! Definitely, we will stay there again on November on my Wife's birthday!
