It was a very welcome island of calmness and relaxation in a hustling city. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the two pools to relax and have a drink with a view. Make sure to check out the fantastic gym. In hindsight, we would have booked including breakfast as the buffet looked pretty delicious.

The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!

Room service.. the connection to the mall is a beautiful thing.. I can't believe what happened to me as I was surprised by a gift of a toy from housekeeping for my son and a message indicating their happiness with my presence..I've been touched by the kind gesture. about the breakfast, you will never be confused.. as they have all kinds of food.. Located right in the heart of Jakarta and a 2-minute walk from Senayan Golf Course, Faimont Jakarta offers modern and luxurious city getaway with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi access in all areas of the property after guest registration. Guests staying at this hotel can also enjoy relaxing treatments at the on-site spa and wellness centre. Staff were absolutely amazing. The whole stay was great and peaceful and catered to the comfort I needed. Location was also great as it is close to two malls and many other recreational areas. I stayed at Fairmont to attend a concert nearby and it was very convenient, I only needed to walk a few minutes to get there.

Very smooth check in, very clean hotel, extremely nice and wonderful staff, attached to one of the big malls in Jakarta where you have access to great deal of restaurants, shops, cafes and many more. I highly recommend it.
