Morning coffee is served in the Sun Lounge whilst traditional breakfasts are available in the dining room. Fine Irish cuisine is on the menu at Castlelough Restaurant which overlooks the gardens. What amazing beds ! I normally have trouble sleeping but I slept through the nights which is a rare occurrence for me. Room service meals were exceptional.

All units have a kettle, a private bathroom and free WiFi, while some rooms here will provide you with a terrace and some have sea views. The units at the guest house are equipped with a seating area and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Breakfast was absolutely lovely. The hosts at this property are so kind and interesting to speak to. If you are in the area there is no other place you should stay!

The Smugglers Inn overlooks the sandy beach at Ballinskelligs Bay. Most rooms have sea or mountain views and the hotel has a bar, a gourmet restaurant, free WiFi in all areas and free parking. Waterville Golf Links is 300 meters away and Hogs Head Golf Club is less than 2 km away.

Rooms at The Smuggler’s Inn feature en-suite bathrooms, TVs and hairdryers. Tea and coffee making facilities are also provided. Inn was located at beautiful coast and next to the beach. Our rooms were clean and had a beautiful view of the see. We could have just stayed in the room to enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and very nice.

Half of the bedrooms are luxurious Premium, Signature and Suites with bespoke furnishings, separate sitting areas and built-in gas fireplaces. Absolutely gorgeous hotel with THE most attentive staff! Beautiful bar area, comfortable beds and fabulous location right in the heart of Killarney. 3rd time I’ve stayed here and will keep coming back.

A children's playground is also available for guests at The Woodland Villas at Parknasilla Resort. Clean, spacious, well equipped rooms. Short walk to hotel. Excellent staff and facilities in the hotel.

The Kenmare Bay Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the heart of Kenmare. It offers a leisure centre with a pool (Children's hours from 9am to 7pm daily), gym and hot tub, a restaurant and free parking.

The Bay Health Club features a sauna, steam room and hot tub. A wide range of treatments is also available. This oasis is the perfect location to stroll into downtown area. We took advantage of the hot tub after a long day of sight seeing! We stayed at a lot of air b&bs during our 2 week trip - honestly if we could redo I’d stay at more places like Kenmare Bay- it was very relaxing!
