We booked a room with a sauna and jacuzzi. It was large and beautiful. When you first walk into the breakfast at Alberto, it looks like it is smaller than the breakfast at larger Israeli hotels. After you grab your plate, though, you see that it packs a very powerful punch. All of the food was delicious and you also get to order off the menu (which is interesting and equally delicious). The service was also friendly and great. We spent time in the spa, including very nice massages. The spa facilities are limited, but that goes with the size of the hotel, and here too the quality meant more than the size. It also was nice that the hotel is right around the corner from the historic and cute shopping street in Gedera.

At the homestay, every unit is equipped with bed linen and towels. The hostess was very warm ,pleasant and helpful. The facility was clean and pleasant. The pool was in the backyard two flights down but it was private and comfortable.

We were greeted by our host with the key and a lot of food and explanations. Buns, Eggs, fruit, veggies, chocolate, drinks and cookies and…and…well it just goes on and on. What a great place. A pool and jacuzzi are included and we took advantage of the great facilities. Parking outside the front door was perfect and a quiet neighborhood made for a peaceful nights sleep. Enough space for two, we had a lift bed and the option of sleeping on the lower bed as well, a sitting area and a well stocked kitchen with spices, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, and on and on. 😀Such a nice host!
