It was walking distance to my office. Staff were very polite, pleasant, attentive and professional, from doorman, concierge, check in, housekeeping and security. They troubleshoot issues quickly and are proactive. Club floor Room is spacious.

The Crowne Plaza Gurugram exudes a wonderful ambiance coupled with incredible service. Moreover, breakfast and dinner options and food quality is amazing.
