The choice of experience available for guests are what you expect however had some unique "estate walk' with a resident ecologist is really makes the experience memorable. While all the staff we encountered were friendly, courteous and helpful, we would like to single out few of them: Lakrani was very courteous, efficient and friendly. She would be easily hired for customer facing work anywhere in the world. Infectious enthusiasm was impressive. Lithin was very knowledgable, friendly and willing to share his knowledge about the property, eco system and his passion readily. Ranjit Kumar Pradhan was extremely friendly, obliging and creative in preparing food of exceptional quality and taste. Wish we stayed more nights to taste his delicacy.

The wellness area at JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa includes a hot tub, sauna, lap pool and temperature-controlled lagoon pool. Guests can play darts and mini-golf at the resort, and the area is popular for cycling. Yoga and meditation sessions are offered at the resort. Restaurant was great with friendly, courteous service and terrific food... Hemu, Padmakhi and Armaan (apologies if I've got names incorrect) thanks for making our stay memorable. Even people at the front desk were helpful at all times.

Estate Stay - Riverside Coffee, a property with a garden, is set in Siddapur, 27 km from Madikeri Fort, 27 km from Raja Seat, as well as 33 km from Abbi Falls. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. The holiday home has a sun terrace and a hot tub. Very nicely done property, well kept and very friendly staff. They have good food and coffee options too.

The people are what made our stay wonderful- from our welcome where Sarah- guest relations- immediately made us and our kids feel welcome and special (and continued to do so the whole time!), to Jacintha who was so incredibly warm, friendly and genuine while she served us in the cafe, to Sayan ordering us special dishes at breakfast each morning to ensure we tried all the delicious Indian dishes common for breakfast in India. This hotel is made up of staff eager to ensure your stay is beyond perfect! I’m sad I doing remember them all! What else is great? my kids loved the activities (they did with Sarah, such as pizza and mocktail making!); the pool is large, fresh and wonderful, the gym is modern and spacious, the breakfast is expansive, delicious with everything you can think of, cocktails at Copitas are even better than the view, the Far & East is delicious and an experience! The room service is wonderful. The cake and flowers to celebrate my husbands birthday an appreciated surprise. The most comfortable beds! My kids told me to make sure I review 4 seasons and leave 10/10- this brand now has customers for life!

Amazing decor in the hotel, wonderful atmosphere, the staff even decorated the room for us, we just added a note while booking that we'd appreciate some decorations for a romantic stay. They even left a nice greeting card. Great selection for breakfast, both Indian and continental, I loved the dosas. There are several nice restaurants in the hotel itself. All the staff is very nice and helpful. The room service even surprised us with a towel decoration on the bed during the stay. The executive lounge was a very nice place to chill with a drink and some snacks. There were international power outlets, no need for any adapter, I have never seen that in Europe.

Property is well maintained and host is very friendly. Property is 10mins away from Marikamba Temple. They even offered morning breakfast. overall had an excellent stay. Thank you

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, as it is a new property. The staff was very polite and welcoming, especially Mr. Uma Shankar, who ensured we had a comfortable stay. His hospitality made a big difference. Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it!
