This hotel is located about 5 minutes' walk from Harpa Concert Hall. Reykjavik Konsulat Hotel, Curio Collection By Hilton in Reykjavík features a bath house and complimentary fitness centre. This hotel also has a wine room and lobby bar. Location was very central. Famous hot dog stand, rainbow street, shopping all a very short walk. Property was so cozy and the room was great and agree with other reviewers - the bed is like a cloud. Heat control in room was good- never cold. Breakfast was fabulous. So many choices and delicious. I wasn’t going to pay the extra but was really glad I did. Very close to Bus Stop so easy for tours and airport transfer. Spa downstairs was fabulous but the room is so comfortable didn’t use but once. Also, 7-11 next door and some drinks etc for sale at the desk. Great experience and so glad I picked this hotel and paid a bit more. Bar area was really nice. And very, very clean!! Loved this hotel!!

Location was close to Thingvellir (25 min out) and also close to most north/western part of the island (30min) which was great to be closer to the ocean and other towns. The house was super cute and modern with heated floors (I think). The kitchen had all the extras you could need to cook or eat with a well-stocked pantry. There was also an outdoor seating are and jacuzzi which we didn't get to use but I imagine it would be nice to sit there. It was super windy outside so the noise is kind of scary but the house did not blow away in the end hahah. it was a great stay and very comfortable place!!!

Beautiful home just outside of Reykjavík with an amazing hot tub and sauna. The house was super clean and cosy with everything you could possibly need. Agla and Haffy were amazing hosts - so responsive and helpful with everything we needed.
