Great hot water, and the local geothermal pool was a bonus!

Located in Drangsnes in the West Iceland region, Hvammur 2 Bjarg with private hot tub provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking, as well as access to a hot tub. The accommodation features a hot tub and a spa bath. Wonderful cottages, equipped with everything you might need to relax and enjoy dinner in a super nice environment. Hot tube was fantastic, cottages are spread far from each other; the views are unbelievable, a little paradise in the nature. The owners were super nice to give us a second cottage at a friendly price because the 2 bed room one was allready booked. On top, they allowed us to stay till 4PM as we had an unforeseen issue with out car. We will certainly come back!

Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. The property has an outdoor dining area. Awesome apartment, fully equipped, very spacious and comfortable. Very peaceful and quiet place, wish we could stay for more nights!

An indoor pool and hot tub are available on site. Kayaks and horses can be rented, and fishing is possible. The accomodation is located in a farm, basically in the middle of nowhere, but it's totally worth taking the long journey in the Westfjords to get to this place. It has a very unique feeling, you are in the nature. I arrived very late, around midnight, but communication with the hotel staff and then self check in was very easy. After arrival I jumped into the hot pool (which is available 24/7), they have both outdoor and indoor pools (in an amazing palm house). Breakfast was divine with a lot of local produce, it's definitely worth the additional 2000 ISK that I had to pay for that. It's a place where I definitely have to return one day.

Every detail is thought through for guests’ comfort — from a remote thermometer showing the jacuzzi temperature to laundry detergent provided. The house feels brand new with high-quality appliances, and the location offers an amazing view. For this price, it’s simply the best option in the Westfjords!
