We had a wonderful stay at the apartment overlooking the bay of Porto San Stefano in Monte Argentario. The apartment was well-furnished, though some of the equipment was a bit dated. However, the view from the terrace and the overall comfort were truly amazing. The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the beautiful beach Il Moletto and the charming town of Porto San Stefano. There are also many more stunning beaches worth exploring around Monte Argentario. The host was very helpful in resolving an issue we had with the heater, which made our stay even more comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment for its incredible views, convenient location, and responsive host.

The breakfast was fabulous (fresh orange juice, lovely hams and cheeses, fresh bread, croissants, baked goods, a wide variety of teas and excellent coffee machine for espresso, cappucino, etc.) Our hosts were on hand to assist with the coffee machine, local travel, restaurant and exploring suggestions. Both were very friendly and helpful - could not have asked for better hosts :)
