We arrived late at night, and although the reception was unattended, they had left the keys for us along with a note explaining that we could complete the check-in process and make payment the following morning.

The room was luxurious, and the spa facilities were spotless, with an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, and swimming pool. We were warmly welcomed with drinks upon arrival, which set the tone for a fantastic experience. Originally, we booked for two nights but loved it so much that we extended our stay. The food was outstanding—breakfast offered a great variety, including prosecco, which was a perfect start before hitting the slopes. Dinner, included in the room price, was a delicious four-course menu. A special mention to Levi, Christian, and Iuliana for their exceptional service. Thank you for having us—we will definitely return!

The views are amazing, overlooking the mountains of Sassolungo and Sassopiato from one side and Val Gardena on the other. The rooms are super clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind and welcoming and the breakfast is amazing and features even gluten free delicious food. The spa facilities are exquisite, both outside and inside. The hotel features a big pool, outdoor jacuzzis with amazing views overlooking the mountains, sauna, steam bath, cold plunge, massages and many more. Honestly one of the best hotels I have stayed in the area and super value for money. I would normally pay double the price in other hotels offer the same facilities in the area. Definitely coming back!

The hotel is made up of 2 separate buildings. Reception and the restaurant are set in the main building, while rooms and the sauna are in the annex. A public ski bus stops just 500 metres from the hotel. Probably the best hotel I've experienced. The aesthetic, quality of decor and fittings, cleanliness, upkeep are immaculate. Comfortable like home. The location next to a bubbling river, surrounded by forested hills, is refreshing. The breakfasts are brilliant, and the dinners are out of this world (though prepare to pay). The staff are on the ball, friendly, and professional.
