The room and the bathroom were spacious and well-appointed. The extremely comfortable bed, combined with the soothing sound of the river, made for very restful sleep. The staff were lovely, all so helpful and welcoming.

The room was cleaned every day and towels changed. We would definitely come back!

Great breakfast and service Luca was kind and friendly.

We offer complimentary parking adjacent to the hotel, though spaces are limited. If no spaces are available, you can park your car in one of the nearby parking areas, and our shuttle service will be at your disposal. The hotel is not very big - which I personally like and has a perfect location - a bit far from the center of the city. You still can reach the center by 20-minute walk or with the help of the hotel shuttle. The room is small but has everything necessary for a stay. The breakfast is superb and has plenty of options. The main advantage is, of course, the stunning view! The staff was friendly and ready to help. They also arranged a free pick-up for us (we arrived by ferry). The area by the pool is nice and relaxing (though the pool is only 1.2m deep - but still ok).

The hosts are truly friendly!!! Recommended exceptional via ferratas!!! Best breakfast of our 21 day trip. Grazie!!!

All air-conditioned, they also feature free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. Many have a lake view. Perfect location between Bardolino and Lazise (both in walking distance along the lake),free parking, complimentary soft drinks. Very friendly staff, cozy room and excellent breakfast (choices and presentation).
