The breakfast was exceptional and the attention to detail on presentation was phenomenal. The hotel was very centrally located and within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything about this hotel, including the staff, is exceptional. We were upgraded for both our stays - rooms were beautiful and beds extremely comfortable. The mini bar is free - such a lovely touch. Breakfast is superb - one of the best we have ever had and definitely the best we encountered on our trip through Italy. The rooftop bar is lovely, with wonderful views over Rome. All the staff are extremely welcoming and go above and beyond to help, ensuring you have the best experience possible.

The WiFi was working well, it just took us a while to find the password - it was in the bedroom in the wardrobe. The overall experience was above our expectation.

We had a wonderful stay at Eterna Suites Roma! The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very comfortable – exactly what you need after a day of exploring the city. The communication with the host was outstanding: responsive, kind, and always helpful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the metro station, great restaurants, and all the essentials. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome – we would gladly stay here again!
