The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Set in a 12th-century building in Gubbio, Nikis Resort has 2 pools, 3 bars and a restaurant. It offers free WiFi and air-conditioned accommodation with wooden-beam ceilings.

Rooms at Nikis Resort come with a flat-screen TV, a minibar and heating. The private bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. everything, room, food, hospitality, location ... All top. A shame we couldn't stay longer than a single night.

La Terrazza boasts a brand-new wellness centre, featuring Turkish bath, sauna, hydromassage, emotional showers, relax zone, solarium, massages and beauty treatments. Sessions in the wellness centre can be booked on site. The room was very clean. Bed comfortable-breakfast wonderful with many different options, Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful view from the hotel of Assisi.

We were in Italy for 11 days and this was our favorite stay and our favorite hosts. Wish we would booked more nights not to just explore the town of Orvieto but to relax at this gem.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a terrace. Liked everything about the property. We were able to check in early which was wonderful on a rainy day. The spa tub was heaven. It was conveniently located and we had our best meal so far at the restaurant next door. We would have eaten at the restaurant down stairs with its lovely view but we were too hungry to wait.

Located only 2 minutes drive from the waterfallr, the best way i can describe the room is, As close to a modern hotel room as you will ever find. It is really well decorated, 100% clean with a very comfortable bed, a good shower and lots of hot water. The complementary coffee was a nice touch, and having an electric kettle for the cup of tea was great. We reallyvenjiyed the outside area and having the table and chairs was great. There is plenty of offroad parking on the opposite side of the road. Delighted with our stay here.
