The rooms were clean, spacious and exactly what we needed after a long day of trekking. The rooftop pool makes it the perfect choice for our trip. Since we were short on time, it was the staff who made it truly unforgettable - upon their advice we entered Petra around 13h30 (1pm) "from the back", meaning starting with the highest point, walking down (after a 50 min hike and a short bus ride) - which was totally worth it. Situated in Wadi Musa and only 1.6 km from Petra, Asad Apt. Features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Guests can use the hot tub, or enjoy city views. We had a wonderful time at Asad Apartment! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and modern, and we slept very soundly after two days of hiking. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Petra. The location is awesome– we had a rental car so the Petra visitors center less than 5 minutes away driving but it’s a little over 1 km walking. The breakfast on the rooftop is very nice, but the breakfast to go was the perfect option for us. On the day that we planned to wake up at 6 AM to hike in Petra, we were provided our breakfast in a bag to takeaway so that we could eat it in Petra. We were given so much food it was more than enough for breakfast and lunch. I can’t recommend this option enough. We are especially thankful to Otaiba for making our stay and our visit to Petra so incredible. He recommended the perfect routes for us to take during our two days in Petra as well as information about the shuttles and Petra by night. Because of him we were able to avoid the hike up to the Monastery by taking the back route and visiting little Petra! Otaiba gave us great recommendations for restaurants and a beautiful spot to view the sunset above the town. He was extremely communicative and available to help with everything at any time. Thank you so much again for making our trip so enjoyable.

The rooms of the hotel Sunset all have a private bathroom with shower. Modern amenities include a air conditioning and satellite TV. Just 3 minutes walk from the main antrance to the Perta visitor center. We booked the option with breakfast and dinner. The dinner was good and huge, no way to eat all :-) Friendly staff, big comfortable room and clean bathroom. You can park a car on the street or on a free parking space close to the Petra entrance.
