Our room, the bedding and bathroom facilities were excellent and perfect for our needs.The walk to Terminal 3 was without anxiety as the route was well marked and not far from the hotel.

Spacious rooms in Heritage Wing include complimentary welcome drink, steam sauna and spa bath. Everything! The level of attention to details in the design and facilities is quite remarkable (lighting placement; sliding doors, design is simple Japanese with a modern touch). Staff very friendly and helpful. Quite a few different metro stations are within reach of the hotel. Room was very spacious with an excellent view of Tokyo skyline. Gym large and in good condition.

There is an on-site drinks vending machine. We have visited 3 times and it always is a wonderful treat. Great baths, great breakfast, lovely room. Warm recommendation for couples.

The en suite bathroom comes with toiletries and a bathtub. The price discouraged me at first, but it was worth it. After walking every day, this was my break from it. Just laying in the private onsen on the balcony until dinner. Regarding the food. It was special. I had the steak set as I don't like seafood that much. Trust me when I say this, but you will not walk away hungry. Also, it is best not to eat before dinner. Head my warning because I did not. .

Very well located next to metro stations and landmarks in Shinjuku, very clean and welcoming! I enjoyed a lot the stay and would definitely recommend!!!

Lake Ashi is 4.9 km from the villa. The opportunity to stay in a Japanese villa, in a great location by Lake Ashi, with a kitchen and plenty of space was amazing. Then, the hot springs shower and tub was super special. It truly was healing to our bodies that were a bit worn out from travel. Yes, stay here! We hope to stay longer next time. It was a little hard to find. Yet, a kind gentleman was watching out for us and directed us.

A traditional home situated in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood about 10 minutes away from train station. There’s a communal kitchen and living room for use as well as a private onsen that you can reserve. Hiro, the host, is very accommodating and will provide rides when needed. His English is really good and his sense of humour even better. His knowledge of the area and itinerary suggestions worked very well for us. We’d highly recommend the local izakaya 800m from his place.

Great English breakfast. Washing machine and Dryer was also quite helpful during stay.
