This cozy hostel style lodge offers first rate food, caring engaged staff and a really fun casual atmosphere. It only took a few minutes to realize that everyone feels right at home and the guests are all getting to know each other and share stories and intel on the ski conditions and spots on the mountain. The bar out front is super cozy with first rate cocktails and a great Japanese whisky selection.

Some units at the apartment complex boast a fireplace and a heated pool. Some of the units have a satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and a private bathroom with a hot tub and slippers. This was literally one of the nicest hotel experiences of all time! We were so impressed by every detail - the hospitality and friendliness of the staff, the convenient rides that were provided by Sophie and Guy - they were so cool - the onsen, the rooms and toiletries, the onsen... we could go on and on about how blown away we were by the experience. 11/10 would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a luxury ski hotel experience in Niseko!

Located in Kutchan, 4 km from Hirafu Station, Niseko Kyo provides accommodation with ski-to-door access, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Guests also enjoy access to the hot spring bath and hot tub, as well as the fitness room and public bath. We loved the ski in/ski out aspect of it but didn't like the steep hill on the other side walking back from restaurants (can't be helped). The car service that was provided by the hotel was great. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Everything in the rooms were exceptional including the private onsen we had in our balcony overlooking the slopes. We even utilized the onsen in our master bath. Closets were good but wish we had some sort of drawers to put clothes in. Kitchen had great appliances plus all the dishes/cups/utensils we needed. It was key to have the laundry in the room.

The holiday home consists of 3 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee machine, and 2 bathrooms with a hot tub and slippers. Towels and bed linen are offered in the holiday home. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Travelled with my wife and two friends to the property for Skiing. Clean, comfortable facilities with a beautiful hot tub to use after skiing. Requires a car to easily access ski lifts.

The unit has soundproofing and a bidet. The apartment offers bed linen, towels and laundry service. We had a fantastic time at Epic House. The location is superb, the house itself is warm, spacious and clean, and the hosts Yoshi and Nana were just the best people. They were extremely accommodating and went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay - including restaurant recommendations, slope tips, and even showing us a few off piste runs on a quiet day!
