We were supposed to go to Tokyo the last 3 days of our holiday, but we where glad that we canceled that, and went to Shikuoka instead! The falls and wasabi fields and hikes nearby were great excursions, and then come back to the villa was a real dream! Also there were no other guests, so we had the whole place for ourselves…. We were happy to have stayed here during the Spring Festival. Our room was a Japanese style room with tatami flooring. The guest room was decent in size and comfortable. The oriental style dual roller shade in the room was a nice feature. The staff were attentive and friendly. It would be more than perfect if slippers could be provided in the vestibule and toilet area of the room.
