Beds were very comfortable! The gym was top-notch – fully equipped and impressive. And the bio pools were stunning, surrounded by nature and even included a fun water slide. The hotel is beautifully designed in a White Lotus-inspired style, with greenery all around. Probably the best hotel in all of Cambodia – highly recommended!

The hotel is clean, comfortable and safe. The staff was absolutely the best. Everyone was so kind but the owner Mey really went over and beyond to help me out. I left a sentimental necklace in my room. She arranged to send it to my next destination where her friend had a hotel. I have never experienced customer service on this level and when I tried to offer to pay her for the shipping, she refused. I still cannot wrap my head around this kind of generosity and caring.

We loved our stay at Araya Angkor! The breakfast was great, lots to choose from. I'm a vegan but still had plenty to eat every day, and the staff were happy for me to bring in soy milk as the hotel didn't have any (not a fault of the hotel, alternative milk just isn't a thing in Cambodia it seems). Our room was always clean and the linen/towels were clean and smelled nice. We appreciated the lighting in the room, lots of different options for when we were working and when we were relaxing. We had a garden room, so could step right out to the pool. It was a beautiful view and was really convenient for going back to the room after swimming. The highlight of the stay was the staff, who were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, talkative and were so kind to us. I enjoyed it so much that I've booked to stay again when I visit with my children next month.

This was the best hotel we had in our south east asia tour. The room is big, the construction is so good that we needed no air conditioning cause the heat stays out. This resort is made up of several little houses all around a pool. Awesome. Each one has a terrace. The breakfast is served around the pool. Also lunch and dinner if ordered. We have 2 small kids and they tend to sleep longer so we just told them, if you wake up and I am not here, go out. We will be eating. So this was a luxury for us. I loved the division of the rooms. Everything was so clean and tidy. But the biggest highlight of this place was the service. Excellent service, they speak English, they are so helpful and caring. We had to leave early several times for different reasons and got a box with a breakfast. They were clear and helpful with the organization of every activity. The service at the restaurant was open to modifications and were able to understand wishes, eating was possible at the restaurant, at the pool, at the terrace, in the room. The place was just perfect and we would absolutely come back if we are ever again in Siem Reap.
