Friendly staff can assist with luggage storage, laundry services and tour arrangements. Amazing food and the staff was so helpful and so nice. From the cleaning staff to the resturant evryone around the resort was ready to help.

We spent three nights at Sunrise Pasikuda and it was perfect. The hotel is immaculate and our room (we had a family suite) was spacious and comfortable with a huge bathroom and two toilets, and a big balcony. We loved the little extras like the fruit plate and flowers on the bed.
The location is great. The hotel has a huge pool which leads down to the hotel beach which is clean and quiet with a beach bar. You can do water sports and we did a boat trip that took us to local reefs with excellent snorkelling.
We had all our meals here and I can’t fault the food. Breakfast and dinner are buffets with wide choice and there was entertainment every evening. We liked playing pool although the pool cues need an update.
What made our stay so special was the staff at the hotel. They are so warm and welcoming and just want you to have a great time. We will definitely return.

Set in Pasikuda, 7.4 km from Valaichchenai Harbour, The Cove Pasikuda - Eco Resort offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. Boasting a kids' club, this property also has a restaurant and a terrace. The resort features a shared lounge. The villa size was good, we were 5 persons and fit perfectly. The cook was wonderful, we got different brilliant dishes every day. The resort area is huge and well maintained.

This resort is very aptly named: an oasis of peace and tranquility in a gorgeous spot. The room was clean and spacious, and we could access the pool directly from our patio. The swimming pool is beautiful, with a shallower area for toddlers as well. The he beach was pristine, and we felt safe enough to leave all our belongings on the beach lounge chairs while swimming / taking a walk. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The hotels pool and beach view is stunning, lots of facilities, very friendly and helpful staff! Spa was also so relaxing, although I wouldn’t say it was cheap. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here overall.

Nice Eco Resort with safe beach for a bath. Very comfortable beds, with large washing areas. Its in the middle of the jungle with lots of nature. Great seafood, fresh days catch is served according to your wish. We liked the Jaffna crab curry that we got for us. Ideal location for nature lovers, photography and underwater lovers. One of the best places to relax, no one to bother you on the beach. Long beach walks and trekking at your will.

This place was truly amazing. The facilities were top notch and the staff was super friendly. The room was big and spacious and we loved the bathroom with an open ceiling! Everyone was determined to let us have the best vacation, as we did.

The hotel is quite exceptional. It's beautifully designed and very comfortable with a great ambience. A fantastic place to chill and relax on a stunning, undeveloped beach. The food is really very high quality too. Overall a beautiful hotel in lovely spacious grounds with brilliant, attentive staff (a special mention here to Umberto, the larger than life manager, and Bandara) who go out of their way to make the stay special and memorable.

Location is wonderful facing the beautiful sea adjacent to the Pasikuda public beach area. The room was spacious, comfortable including a luxurious bathroom. The food was excellent with lot of varieties . There is a nice view from the restaurant facing the pool and the sea. The pool is ideal for relaxation. Hotel has a gym and the spa also.
