Set in Riga’s historic centre overlooking Bastion Hill, Grand Poet Hotel by Semarah combines contemporary design with five-star comfort. Guests can dine at the eclectic SNOB Restaurant or unwind at the exclusive Hedonic SPA & Wellness Centre, which offers a pool, sauna, hot tub, hammam, and a modern fitness area. All was very good. Staff were nice, very very clean. Breakfast very good. We would happly go again.

This holiday home is fitted with 1 bedroom, a kitchen with an oven and a fridge, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 1 bathroom fitted with a hot tub. The comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation also comes with soundproofing and a fireplace. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The place was really clean, cozy, and smelled nice. We used the hot tub as well, very nice with bubbles and lights. Everything was in the place- dishes, towels, grill, fireplace. The welcome was very nice.

We chose this guest house due to its great location outside the city in the Lielupe valley in Jurmala, which was convenient for us to get to in just 30 minutes from Olaine. We definitely enjoyed the main extra service - hot tub with whirlpool function under the open sky for up to 3-4 hours. Personally, I really liked the use of wood material in the interior of the guest house: especially the double bed made of logs and the sliding doors of the dark wooden bathroom. We applied for an additional service - breakfast, which was brought to the room in the morning by the couple of owners. It was a great gesture. Breakfast was fantastic: omelette with prosciutto (Italian) cured meat + delicious coffee with homemade carrot cake. I would like to thank the owners for the excellent welcome, for the special romantic atmosphere (lights both by the tub and in the room elements), and for the excellent and exceptionally well-kept wooden apartments, and for the sincerity.
