The location is peaceful and ideal for a relaxing getaway, while the professional and warm service from the gracious night shift lady to the attentive gentleman in the morning were truly above and beyond and made our stay unforgettable.

At the riad, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. The propriety was fantastic ! The room & the bathroom spectacular ! Located in the Old Medina, Riad Palais Ommeyad is a traditional palace with Moroccan décor featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa bath, massage and body treatments. Karaouiyne Mosque is a 20-minute walk away. Everything was perfect and the staff were really helpful and nice

You might also want to indulge in healthy cuisine including freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and herbal teas. Everything was lovely, starting from staff members to food, spa facilities etc. Lovely hotel. I hope to come back some day. Cannot comment on the location because we only spent the night here before leaving early morning for a Sahara trip, and we previously stayed closer to the old town in Fes. Potentially it could be a little out of the way for attractions, but taxi is cheap. Special thanks to Youssef from the reception (I hope I remembered the name correctly), what a lovely person and intelligent young man. All the best of luck to him.
