Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)

Very beautiful and clean. Amazing rooftop. The staff was super attentive and caring. It’s a family business and they all make sure you want to return again. If you need anything just ask and they will definitely help you. We had dinner and breakfast and definitely recommend the chicken with lemon and olives

The rooftop is truly one of the best in town, offering a wonderful atmosphere. The food was fresh, homemade, and delicious. Every detail was perfect.

All units in the riad are fitted with a kettle. Featuring a private bathroom with a hot tub and a hair dryer, some units at the riad also boast a terrace. At the riad, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Staff especially Norin, he is so attentive to every details. All staff are all helpful and kind. Breakfast is super, good variety and is a lot. Location is perfect, walking distance to the blue gate and medina. Garden is super beautiful.

Located in the Old Medina, Riad Palais Ommeyad is a traditional palace with Moroccan décor featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa bath, massage and body treatments. You might also want to indulge in healthy cuisine including freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and herbal teas. Exceeded our expectations! Amazing location and felt very safe being in the area at all hours. The staff was extremely helpful, always making sure we were taken care of. They helped us with taxis, shipping and any questions we had. Mohammad and Youseff were great and the breakfast crew was very kind. The breakfast on the terrace each morning was a highlight.

Savour regional specialities in the hotel’s restaurant, Al Fassia. Eat in the authentic lounge or on the patio. Amazing staff, authentic and so beautiful house, great food too! They suprised us many evenings with 3 course amazing moroccon dinner.

The guest house features an outdoor swimming pool with a fence, as well as a hot tub and full-day security. The location was perfect, just at the entrance of the medina. The room was big and comfortable with a big TV and a wide choice of channels to choose from. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind. They helped with excursions, train booking, taxis, etc. A special mention to Fatima, who made several telephone calls to help me out to sort a few matters. They offer a typical maroccan treatment in the spa, which should not be missed. A wonderful stay.
