I recently had the pleasure of staying one night at Riad Dar Timrad, and I genuinely wish I had booked a longer stay. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was beyond anything I’ve experienced before. Ali, Moeed, and the entire team made me feel not just like a guest, but like family. Their unmatched service, kindness, and attention to detail truly elevated my entire Fes experience. This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)

Providing private parking, the riad is 1.4 km from Batha Square. The accommodation provides a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. An absolutely amazing place with exceptional staff ,a special thanks to Youssef, Hayat, and Bouchra for their outstanding hospitality. The rooftop is truly one of the best in town, offering a wonderful atmosphere. The food was fresh, homemade, and delicious. Every detail was perfect.

All units in the riad are fitted with a kettle. Featuring a private bathroom with a hot tub and a hair dryer, some units at the riad also boast a terrace. At the riad, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. This is the best accommodation I’ve ever had. The Riad was absolutely beautiful, the room was very spacious beautifully decorated with moroccan style and the food was delicious, both the breakfast (best one we’ve had in Morocco with fresh yogurt, fresh cheese, eggs, etc) and the dinner (thank you so much to Nordin for the best tajine of my trip and for being so welcoming and friendly!).

Located in the Old Medina, Riad Palais Ommeyad is a traditional palace with Moroccan décor featuring an outdoor swimming pool, spa bath, massage and body treatments. Karaouiyne Mosque is a 20-minute walk away. Very beautiful riad, clean and comfortable. The staff is exceptional 👌 I will definitely come back there.

There is also a swimming pool, a hammam with flowers essences, a sauna, a hot tub, a fitness room and a massage room. You might also want to indulge in healthy cuisine including freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices and herbal teas. Tirelessly helped to try and retrieve my lost luggage from Royal Moroccan Airlines. Took me on a scooter to exchange money. Went and bought my train tickets for our journey from Fes to Marakesh, in short fantastic service.

Riad - Dar Al Andalous is a charming guest house with free Wi-Fi located in the Batha district of Fes, just a few minutes from the famous museum and the Medina entrance.

Savour regional specialities in the hotel’s restaurant, Al Fassia. Eat in the authentic lounge or on the patio. Accommodations were very comfortable and very Moroccan, which is what we were after. The location was great for all things Medina. Staff were particularly welcoming and helpful.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Fès, Riad Ommeyad Suite & Spa is a guest house surrounded by views of the inner courtyard. The property features massage services, garden and parking on-site among other facilities. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and a lift, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The guest house features an outdoor swimming pool with a fence, as well as a hot tub and full-day security. The location was perfect, just at the entrance of the medina. The room was big and comfortable with a big TV and a wide choice of channels to choose from. The staff at the reception were exceptionally kind. They helped with excursions, train booking, taxis, etc. A special mention to Fatima, who made several telephone calls to help me out to sort a few matters. They offer a typical maroccan treatment in the spa, which should not be missed. A wonderful stay.

The spacious apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, a stovetop and kitchenware. The parquet floors, fireplace and peaceful vibe add to the ambience of the room. The accommodation is non-smoking. Great apartment.. spacious and has 2 balconies one of them overlooks the pool.. all the facilities are available inside the apartment.. I did not meet the host but the check in was easy according to the instructions he provided us.. they allocated a parking space for us under the building and close to the elevator which made it easy to transport the suitcases.. my family loved this apartment.. located within a group of modern buildings.. I thank the host and his wife for their phone communication.. I totally recommend this apartment.
