It was an amazing experience. The resort was very nice. The water villa was excellent. But most of all, we need to highly commend Sue, the butler of our villa, who was exceptional. Very professional, very helpful, made my wife and myself feel like home.

Staff made our stay wonderful. They suggested how they could improve our stay - opening room door for us so aircon could run while we were out. Initially we were booked into Triton Beach and Spa, they said we could have breakfast at Prestige instead, which we did. They were always ready to help and did so. Nothing was any trouble. They went above and beyond with a smile. They brought us water, cups of tea and coffee without being asked.
