The architecture and interior design are stunning, with large panoramic windows that offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, where you might even spot a fox or two, if you stay up late like me. Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, the kind of place where you instantly feel at peace. Dinner at Maku Restaurant was an absolute highlight. We were looked after by Lotta, who guided us through the entire meal with warmth and exceptional attention to detail. In fact, the staff throughout the lodge were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Although the stay was short, it left a lasting impression. We wholeheartedly recommend Sorrisniva Arctic Wilderness Lodge to anyone seeking a unique and serene Arctic getaway where refined comfort meets raw natural beauty.

The bed and breakfast serves a buffet and continental breakfast and breakfast in the room is also available. Guests can relax in the on-site bar or lounge, while packed lunches are also available upon request. Wonderful host, great room with stunning fjord view. Breakfast is excellent. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer. Stayed one night in room with window seat. Good sized room very nicely appointed - encouraged to use slippers inside on arrival which adds to cosy nature of property. Service was excellent, as was breakfast and dinner. Complimentary tea/coffee available all day. Good spot for hiking and northern lights (if weather permits). Must be fantastic in winter.

Staying at Holmen Husky is an experience far away from staying at an ordinary hotel. We want our guests to get closer to nature and to get a taste of what it is like to live close to the elements.

Holmen Husky is a small, family-run business who has been working with dogs since the 80s. Some of us have even grown up in the dogyard and on the sled. It is much more than an activity or an experience that has got us all addicted. it’s a feeling that must be experienced. Excellent overnight stay. The chalets are luxorious. Very friendly staff and fantastic breakfast. Dogs of course are very special.

A modern service building is located next door and features showers, changing rooms and a luggage storage room. Sorrisniva also has a sauna and 2 bookable, outdoor hot tubs for warming up and relaxation. We loved our stay in the ice hotel. This year's theme was the greek pantheon and the sculptures were gorgeous. We stayed in a suit, which is well worth the upgrade. We did many hikes in the area and enjoyed our time here immensely. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food was exceptional, and both the main hotel and the ice hotel are stunning. The staff even let us know when northern lights were out! Thank you all for such a memorable stay.
