Our apartment was exceptional – spacious, with a fully stocked kitchen that made meal prep so easy (they even thought of coffee creamer!). The convenient coin-operated laundry facility was a huge bonus, and its central location near downtown Rotorua was absolutely ideal. This truly felt like a home away from home, and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting Rotorua!

The air-conditioned accommodation is 4.3 km from Rotorua International Stadium, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is set 11 km from Paradise Valley Springs. Quiet but close to centre. No sulphur smell from hot springs, but walking distance to park with hot pools. Excellent kitchen facilities. Good parking. Great nearby attractions.
