From the reception to cleaning personal, they all made sure that we have a great experience. First day, lady at the reception printed out an itinerary for the festival and brought it to our room, which we even have asked for! Once I mentioned that it was my boyfriends birthday week, reception and cleaning personal prepared the best surprise. On the last day, we needed a taxi at 5am and asked for reception to help us arrange it: then when they realized we are leaving really early they tried to arrange a breakfast for us. Once my boyfriend said its not needed, gentleman at the reception asked if he should arrange a lunch box. These people love their job and make sure that guests have a great experience, I really hope hotel management values them and treats them as they deserve because they are the 5th star to this hotel 🥰

We rented the two units on ground floor (we were two families) for 4 nights, it was perfect for us. Everything was very clean, comfortable, quiet. AC in each room. We were greeted by the host who was very nice, easy to communicate with, responsive, also gave us great recommendations. Appreciated the complimentary fruit basket and sweets, coffee pods and tea bags. Pool and jaccuzzi were great, the kids loved it. Beautiful view. Easy to park in the area. Possible to walk downtown but with young kids, we prefered taking the car because the walk back is quite steep. Don’t hesitate to ask host for items such as drying rack or beach umbrella.

It's located in a small village facing the ocean. It was a great base to visiting the whole island (most sights are 20 minutes away by car and the road to Angra is absolutely gorgeous). The house is amazing, fully equipped and very comfortable. There is a balcony facing the ocean, an outdoor dining space with a BBQ and there's, of course, the pool, jacuzzi and even a sauna (they are shared with the guests of Hugo's other house)! Hugo was a very welcoming and helping host, he left us a breakfast basket and he has a collection of wine bottles that are sold at very convenient prices. A perfect stay, I would love to come back!
