The view on Garden by the Bay was unbelievable. The light show every night was beautiful. We could hear the music from the room. We loved the "room styling". Cables were tied beautifully, a cloth was left underneath our glasses every night. Letters were slid under the door to communicate. The staff was incredibly nice, patient and helpful from reception, to the rooms to the sky park. The breakfast buffet was diverse, with all types of options and the juice were fresh and delicious.

The accommodation has a flat-screen TV with cable channels. All units are air conditioned and include a seating and dining area. There is also a kitchen fitted with a convection oven and microwave. There is a private bathroom with a bath in each unit. Towels and bed linen are offered. Very suitable for family traveller. The accommodation made you feel at home. 3 bed rooms with 2 showers are just perfect for family of 3 little kids + a maid. With cloth washing and dryer in the room, no need to worry if kids make a mess during the trip. In walking distance there is the Great World Mall which has two supermarkets and various restaurant (some even come with kids playground!) Also you can access metro with ease and if you need taxi, front desk can always help you to get one and ensure you can pay with card. The swimming pool and kids play ground also give parents a chance to rest a bit as the kids can play in these places for hours. :)

They all knew it was my birthday and wished me a happy birthday when they seen me on the day. On my arrival day they had balloons and a cake in the room ready for me and on my actual birthday morning they gave me a cake again at lunch. The hotel is perfectly located with beautiful views over the bay. The pool is fabulous and the room was luxurious and everything was proper 5 star. The robes were the nicest I have ever used. I loved this place and will recommend it to anybody who is going to Singapore.
