Our tour guide for our red and green tours was 'Bekker' -calling name. Wow, what an amazing man, I would definitely recommend him as a tour guide. Bekker was so friendly and so knowledgeable, he was the highlight of our trip. He was so patient with us. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The views from the hotel are stunning.

Nice staff are so talkative and informative. They updated the hot ballon news to you. I really appreciate that they provided tasty breakfast so early (0730-1030) and many kinds of food and there are few changes everyday. That's amazing. There are cover the carpet in two places which you can take photo when sunrise. Although the hot ballon isn't much closer but you can get a good view.
