The reception team incl. Mr. Daniel and his wife was always helpful and pro-active. We arrived late in the night and they were welcoming us with a smile and showed the room.

The bathroom shower was the best we have experienced compared to any other hotels we have stayed at. Perfect water pressure and temperature. Direct access from the hotel into Emaar Mall was so convenient. This mall has luxury shops and amazing food, as well as a supermarket. Ozgur the Doorman was extremely helpfull throughout our stay, from making sure our shopping gets sent up to our room, to fetching our rental car from the hotel basement free parking which was actually a bonus. Check Out was a breeze and Ozgur used his expert skills to pack our luggage into our car. We would definitely stay at the Address Istanbul again on our next visit.
