Hotel staff in general are good, some are better than others! A big shout out is reserved tor Sarah, who was on lifeguard duty on our last night at the rooftop pool. The location is close to the train station and malls. The staff specially front desk was very kind to lend me his umbrella because it was raining when I checked out. The breakfast is also good specially during Sunday, its a buffet. The spa was also a relaxing facility of the Inn to keep you warm esp. when you are visiting Taipei during a cold season with 14°C outside temp.

Room lighting is very warm. I greatly appreciate that they make an effort to keep smoking to a minimum and do a great job cleaning the rooms to get rid of the smell for when people don't follow the rules and smoke anyways.
