Excellent attention to detail with a fruit bowl and a stocked mini bar in my bedroom. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Loved my steak and eggs in the morning. Poolside bar was a personal favourite. Excellent cold beer and tasty food. Coffee shop in the reception area was a lovely spot to enjoy a coconut coffee and do some chilling.

So far the best dormitory I have ever experience in Vietnam. The staff are all accomodating. I love how the towel change everyday. Special mentioned to Tuy En Bu. Hes really kind and helpful to me.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service was top-level. One morning, the cappuccino machine at breakfast wasn’t working – but they quickly resolved it, and every day after that, I got my cappuccino from the bar, free of charge. That’s real care for guests! The breakfast selection was amazing – fresh and new options every single day. The desserts were absolutely delicious. We also tried the afternoon tea, and it was incredibly tasty – especially considering the very reasonable price. A special thank you to all the staff – they were so kind, polite, and attentive. I truly felt welcome and taken care of. I definitely want to come back again – just to experience that level of hospitality one more time.

Certain rooms are fitted with a kitchen with an oven and a microwave. En suite bathroom comes with gold-plated shower facilities, and bathroom amenities. Where do I start? The hotel staff were brilliant as was the fantastic breakfast room ambiance and the very wide choices of excellent food. My Asian wife loved the Asian breakfast food and the choice of breakfast drinks including my now favorite, fresh Sour Sop juice . The view from our balcony was incredible. The infinity pool was very clean with a nice depth throughout (great for children and non swimmers). Oh, and another thing, there were not many (noisy) children while we were there. The lifts came very quickly to. I was pleasantly surprised at the very good exchange rate I was given from the reception for my Australian cash, Mint and the other concierge lady were incredibly nice and helpful as, it seems, everyone in Vietnam is. We will definitely come again to Vietnam and this hotel in Da nang. We fully recommend it.
