They upgraded our room free of charge on arrival and even went the extra mile for my boyfriend’s birthday by surprising him with a chocolate fondant for breakfast and decorating our room with balloons and banners! They truly treat you like royalty with 5 star service :) very clean and spacious rooms with daily room service, comfy bed and great AC. Breakfast was also very good with wide variety. Very responsive over booking.com and Whatsapp. Would definitely stay here again - highly recommend ! They even gave us a gift at check out!

We booked 2 nights at the last minute at the Peridot hotel when our previous accommodations couldn’t solve a room issue. When we entered the hotel (late night) we were greeted by the front office staff and a welcome drink. What a way to start off our stay after the issues we had at our previous hotel! The room was excellent but what really set this hotel apart is the staff, attention to detail and overall hospitality. It is also centrally located in Hanoi for all tourist attractions you may want to explore. This was our first stay in Vietnam and Hanoi and I will most definitely stay at Peridot from the beginning!

The manager Ms. Huyen was awesome: she reached out to me before I arrived on whatsapp, let me check in early, and let me extend my stay an extra night via text with no issues. If you're looking for somewhere conveniently located, reasonably priced, and with a friendly staff to stay in central Hanoi give this place a go!
