Phuong gave a great coffee course with good humour and fun conversation. Also, we went to Ba Na Hills by car and Vu our driver was excellent. Very calm and had good conversation. One more thing is we went on a bicycle tour of Kim Bong village, which was very enjoyable, with our guide Tu, who was very knowledgeable and polite. Finally, I would like to say a big Thank You to all the staff at the hotel for such a wonderful experience. One thing I forgot to include in my TripAdvisor review was that the breakfast is delicious with such a great variety and the staff including My, Loan, Yen, Vy, Thanh and Vu were so helpful and kind!
