From the seamless check-in at the Club Lounge to the delightful cocktails during happy hour, everything exceeded my expectations. The concierge team was highly professional and attentive, and Nghĩa (if I remember the name correctly) stood out with his strength and efficiency, making luggage handling seem effortless. One highlight of my stay was tasting Hue’s famous lotus seed sweet soup (Chè Hạt Sen), which was truly delicious. It was impressive to receive such professional service in a city without international flights. Despite the rainy weather in Hue, staying in the tallest hotel in the city offered stunning views, which made up for the gloomy days. Another fantastic perk was the daily allowance of two complimentary laundry items, which added great convenience to my stay. Overall, Meliá Vinpearl Hue delivered an exceptional experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue.

Breakfast offering is just great...plenty of choices

Other facilities at Imperial Hotel include a club with slot machines and state-of-the-art casino games. Nice hotel in Hue, there's nothing to say about the room, facilities, everything met the expectations. However I really appreciated the little space for baby next to the reception, it's not common and is a very good surprise for those who have babies :)

My heart is so filled with gratitude and love while I write this. The best part of Hue was our stay. The view from the stay was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious. The attention to detail that Nam & Bao has given to the whole place is mind bogglingly amazing. The whole crew are like the best bunch of people that we interacted with during our whole Vietnam trip. They were extremely warm towards us. They helped us get laundry done, get a scooter, arrange transport to Hoi An, and received card payment - all of them at the lower rate than the market. Which shows their genuineness and authenticity. I will come back to hue - only for spending more time with people who run Hajime & for staying in this home.
