The staff exceeded our expectations. During our stay at the hotel, one person in our group celebrated his birthday. We received a complementary cake with candles at the restaurant, and the housekeeping team provided a little surprise in the room with balloons and a small gift. We will definitely return to Shangri La Qaryat Al Beri soon.

The room felt very high quality in its design, decoration, and cleanliness, and the distance from the airport felt pretty reasonable (most of the drive seemed to be the long airport road). I wish I could always afford a place like this when I have an overnight stop!

The check in process was easy. Made especially so by Marberis at reception & our concierge, Edwin, who both made us feel valued & so welcome. Our room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The pool was large & inviting as was the private beach. The dinner buffet served in the main dining room was delicious and plentiful. Would love to go back again for a longer stay.
