Clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff (from the reception to a lifeguards at the swimming pool), clean swimming pool, supplies, remote switches next to the beds for the lamps and A/C, nice wide bathroom, no traffic and construction noise in the rooms.

I came to Dubai for a medical appointment and was not very well for the duration of my stay; however, all staff from desk personnel helping me walk to breakfast personnel who took my order and brought everything to my table. They came back many times to enquiries I needed anything else. Truly a very good experience, thank you all . . .
