Out of many Kempinski, where I've stayed - this property has exceeded my expectations by far. Truly a 5 star experience in personnel training and approach, facilities, dining and comfort. In fact it made me not want to leave the hotel for any other restaurants, because you have so much choice in the hotel and it is simply impossible to taste all the great things in the variety offered on site cuisine.

The staff, facilities and room were superb. All effort is made to make the stay very memorable and comfortable. The free shuttle to the Mall and the beach is a great bonus as is the close proximity of the metro. Although the road outside can be very busy there was no noise from inside the room. The pool and other amenities were great too. During this stay we had a special occasion to celebrate and the hotel went above and beyond to add to the special time, thank you for what you did!

The location was super convenient, right behind the metro station. It is also very close to Marina walk and Palm Jumeriah. The breakfast was good and the tables were very clean. Our room was spacious with Burj Arab view. The kitchen was well-designed with equipment. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff was very helpful and kind. The receptionists Ms.Maureen and Ms. Smarika were both amazing. They are very professional and they arranged wonderful surprises to our daughter on her birthday. They also guide us to arrange our trip around the city.

    This is one of the must-visit malls in Dubai.

    This is one of the must-visit malls in Dubai. If you're in Dubai, just visit it since it's within the route of the Dubai Metro Red line. It has the world famous Ski Dubai. To me personally, I love visiting their food course as they have the most variety of selections of food outlets.

    Our experience at the Mall of the Emirates was exceptional. With an impressive selection of shops, world-class dining options, and fantastic entertainment choices, it's a shopper's paradise. Ski Dubai, the indoor ski slope, is a unique attraction. Conveniently located and offering a great shopping experience, it's a must-visit in Dubai.

    If you go early its very quiet.

    If you go early its very quiet. I feel like MoE has played a key part in our lives since we moved to Dubai. From summer camp at Ski Dubai to family dinners at Din Tai Fung or the usual Friday morning grocery shop its like home. Fast to adapt to covid we always feel safe and comfortable there.

    Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. It offers access to a pool, and the beach is not far away. They also provide transfers to the beach and to the Mall of the Emirates, although the timing may not always be convenient, and it’s only one-way. Our rooms were clean, spotless , had a delightful aroma, and the AC worked perfectly, which is a rarity. We’d also like to mention two staff members, Rajkumar and Nerece, who were incredibly helpful and responsive to all our cleaning needs, making the experience even better!

    Stayed for 6 nights at Ramada by Wyndham, Barsha heights. Really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Ligesh especially was extremely helpful, went out of his way to help us get back one of the items we had lost. Truly cannot recommend this property enough. Well connected with Dubai Marina and Mall of the Emirates close by. Definitely recommend staying with family or just as a couple.

    I had a fantastic stay at the Courtyard Marriott. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well-located — just a short distance from the Mall of the Emirates, which made shopping and dining extremely convenient. A special thanks to Mr. Malik at the reception for his warm welcome and outstanding service. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly at check-out.
