Extremely friendly and polite staff. Everyone from the reception to the cleaning and other support staff were very helpful and always had an authentic and warm smile. The hotel also has great facilities, is super clean and has large, comfortable rooms. The whole hotel had a beautiful, sweet smell that made us feel welcome. The breakfast boufet selection was vast and diverse, combining classic options with some local twists, and on top of that, they also took orders for omelets and eggs in various styles.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. Clean linen and towels, and the room was a good size. The hotel staff were extremely helpful organising taxis for us and excursions. We loved the location and spent our last day visiting Old Dubai and travelling on Old Dubai Creek. Easy access to Dubai Marina (taxi or train - we did both) and to the Dubai Mall area. Recommend the buffet breakfast.
