I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Yas Island. The location was excellent, just 5 minutes from Yas Mall and around 7 minutes from Yas Bay. It’s a lovely area with plenty of restaurants and essential shops nearby. The apartment itself was of a very high standard, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Both the host and the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Yas Island.

Breakfast was fantastic albeit quite pricey. Good selection of options, live omelet station, fresh juices, and everything well replenished. I was lucky to get upgraded to a room overlooking the Yas circuit. Room was pristine! Amazing location at the heart of Yas Island wjere most attractions are. Free bus shuttle to Yas Mall and the theme parks. Staff was super accommodating too and very helpful all along my stay.

Location is really good, near all the tourist attractions and also yas mall. Furthermore because I have lots of luggages, the apt is on the ground floor so it was easy access. However, even though on the G floor, it still quiet, not loud, perfect to get some rest after long day.

Great location on Yas Island, near all the Yas Parks and Yas Mall. The room was very nice and the host was super helpful. The parking was super easy and super convenient. We were also impressed with the building's "refuse room" where you could very easily dispose of waste.

The location was fantastic. You can walk to WB theme park and the water park and use the Yas express to get to other areas. The Yas mall next to Ferrari world is excellent and the Marina is a short drive with lots of restaurants. We liked the rooftop pool bar and the rooms were large and very clean. Very friendly staff and a the main pool was great for families. Would definitely stay again

Oustanding studio apartment and facilities. Very quiet and comfortable for 2 people. Apartment basically has everything needed. Cooking supplies are good, along with cutlery, plates and bowls to prepare food for yourself. Access to well fitted out gym, beautiful long pool with magnificent views overlooking golf course and mangroves, and a beach a short walk away. Short drive to Yas Mall which is impressive. 2-3 min easy short drive or even walk to Yas Bay area.

The apartment is in a great location, minutes away from all the main attractions (seaworld, Ferrari world, Warner bros, water park and yas mall). The apartment itself is great, clean and exceptional front staff. The agency is really quick in responding to any queries and can't help you enough!
