The hotel was exceptional! The rooms may be basic, but they are equipped with everything you need, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with anything. The spa was an amazing experience – of very high quality, spacious, clean, and relaxing. It was clear that the hotel paid attention to every small detail to ensure a perfect experience. It's worth noting that the spa is nude-only, which might be unfamiliar to some, but once you get over the initial hesitation, it’s an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. An excellent experience all around – we’ll definitely be back!

At first, it was difficult to find the parking place, because not the name of the Hotel was written in the parking area, but we got the information from reception we parked in the right place. The staff was very helpful, they immediately prepared the sommer card and handed over the magnetic card. Our room was on the second floor, which we approached on foot. A small greeting card with our name was waiting for us in the room. In the entire room was cleanliness and sophisticated clean design everywhere. They paid attention to every little detail in the design. There were space for coats, shoes, and clothes in the closet. There was also a small refrigerator here. To the left behind the door was the bathroom with a large shower and toilet. The sink was separated from the bedroom, in front of the bathroom. There were also towels, hand soap, tissue, a large mirror with LED lighting, a trash can and a radiator for drying towels. Full equipment. In the bedroom there is a giant-sized bed, which was very comfortable, with LED lighting under the bed and at the headboard. We slept well in bed. The windows and curtains were large and let in a lot of light and the view of the mountains was beautiful. At breakfast, there was a huge selection of everything, fresh spicy cheeses, fruits, salami, food specialties, bacon, fish, eggs, fresh different types of bread, orange juice, wine. Our table was reserved for us at breakfast with our name. While we were having breakfast, we could read their offer for daytime activities depending on the weather, or we could also see the dinner offer. Of course all offer was refreshed every day. The hotel also has a wellness department, unfortunately we didn't try it now, but we will next time. All parts of the hotel were simply wonderfully beautiful and sophisticated, we are completely satisfied with the breakfast and everything. If we are in the area, we will visit the hotel again.

    The location is excellent - less than 10 mins walk from the train station, only 2 mins walk to the Planai West ski lift, and 10-15 minutes walk into the town. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. It has a ski and boot storage room on the ground floor with heated boot holders and clever mountings to hang your skis from.

    Great location. Central and 10 mins walk to planai or 10 mins walk to planai west. Very clean and comfortable and the WiFi was great. Staff were wonderful. The breakfast was great and we ate in the restaurant for two nights and it was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again. A shame I haven’t found it before!!

    Our apartment was very nice, cozy, and private with access to the garden. You can tell that the house was built only a few years ago and is being looked after very well. The host is very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated a spacious area for storing skis and ski boots. It's a 7-minute walk to the Planai West gondola and as a very practical bonus, you get a storage box for your skis and ski boots at the valley station so that you don't have to carry it all with you.

    Our host met us and showed us our apartment. The apartment is in an old building but has a modern bathroom and kitchen. We enjoyed the location too, close to train station, Planai West lift and Supermarket - so it ticked all the boxes. We could also walk to the main part of Schladming in 10 to 15 mins.

    A really great and big apartment with a beautiful view on the mountains. Really close to Planai West Skilift (2 minutes with a car). There is also a tile stove in the main room and you can heat with it as well (can be really cozy). Definitely recommended place!

    Lovely apartment, two minute walk from Planai West Gondola Station. Owner on hand and was very helpful, organised daily delivery of fresh rolls each morning and made sure everything was ok with our stay. Apartment is clean and modern and perfect for a family stay.
