On Arrival the hotel provided a complimentary upgrade and helped us settle in. The staff are very polite, helpful and professional. 10/10 service always with a smile. The hotel is a good mix of its merging its history with a more modern touch. The room was exquisite, stunning visually with no compromise on comfort. It made a holiday into a living dream. The room was huge in size. Location wise its right in the mix of everything, close to the stephansdom cathedral and stephensplatz station. Never too far away to any attraction. If you're staying in Vienna this is the hotel to stay in.

We have been clients of this wonderful hotel for over 15 years. The quality and service are excellent and consistent. We recommend. Excellent location, the center of Vienna - close to all attractions, restaurants and shopping areas. At the same time, there is silence in the rooms and excellent sound insulation inside the hotel. Excellent reception and room service. High quality air blankets and pillows. Availability of a business room for meetings and ZOOM conferences. Excellent, varied and elegant breakfast (high class dishes set). A hotel in the spirit of old imperial Vienna. Tradition and quality at the level of Kaiserin Elisabeth. During the Christmas period, the hotel serves hot wine and biscuits throughout the day in the hotel lobby, which is very nice and creates an atmosphere of a fabulous holiday.
