Superb. Beautifully designed, luxurious yet cosy feeling. The staff was excellent, super helpful and kind. Amenities also great, the spa area was a truly relaxing and serene space. A lovely garden, viewable from the restaurant/ breakfast area and the small dining/ coffee lounge next to it.

Amazing, clean and convenient small hotel. Despite its size, it gives you an exclusive feeling: well-designed rooms, great restaurant, small yet new and beautiful wellness and fitness area, children game room. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the kitchen staff produces magic (kudos to Sofia). Easy access by bus to the Old Town, you can also get Salzburg card at the hotel. Parking is ample, easy and convenient, which is a great thing when visiting cities like Salzburg.

We have just completed a 2 night stay in a family suite and I can not rave about this hotel enough. All the staff were incredibly friendly and professional and so good with my 10 year old daughter. The indoor and outdoor playroom were a big hit and the pool area is amazing. The food was excellent and our room was even nicer than the pictures. Thank to everyone for making my 50th birthday a memorable one!!!

    Everything was perfect. Location in the old town close to main tourist attractions such as Dom church, Mozart Square, Residenz and Festspielhauser. The room seemed recently renovated and provided with state of the art toilet and showers, and enough room for a sitting area, coffee machine and fridge. The excellent breakfast with good range of food such as fruit salad, fresh vegetable salad, cheeses, hams, cereals several sorts of bread and cakes.

    I had stayed at the hotel several time in the past, and I keep returning. It is a bit outside Altstadt (15-20 minute walk to Mozartplatz/Residenzplatz), which is reflected in the price compared to more centrally located options. I needed to be close to Nonntal, so the location is perfect for me. I asked for and got a room with a view of Hohensalzburg, which is nice. The room is spacious, the bathroom even more so (the shower cabin is quite small, but functional). The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating.
