Very nice and friendly staff, very flexible and helpful when we needed to solve our late check-in due to a few hours delay. Available late in the late evening hours to help solve a problem we faced. At all times available and helpful. The place as described, nicely furnished, very clean. Very good breakfast. Overall a great experience and I can definitely recommend it.

    The owner was amazing, flexible, cooperative. This was an amazing accommodation in Austria with a pool and nice view to the Riegersburg Castle. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped. I prefer espresso over filter coffee. That is the only neutral comment I may share. This accommodation is on my list to get again. Thank you Mr. Raidl.
