Staff were so friendly and helpful (especially Stefan). Location was fab on the outskirts of city centre. We either walked in or hopped on Tram D. Breakfast was delicious with lots of friendly staff around. Lounge was great to chill in and offered complimentary tea and cake 3-6pm. Overall a lovely hotel that I hope to return to.

The location was excellent, everything was clean, the room was very comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the staff were very nice and helpful.
