Decoration in stunning and the staff was impeccable. Everything was new in the room, including a very good shower. All the people in the reception were extremely kind, and so were the people from the restaurant/bar. Delicious (if somewhat expensive) breakfast.

Breakfast was wonderful and choices were abundant. The trolley ran right in front of the hotel, but we didn't use it to get to the center, Rather, we walked a block or so and took the underground from Swedenplatz to wherever we wanted to go. VERY convenient. Great location.

Rooms were very clean and nicely designed. We really enjoyed the free breakfast as well. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. Also appreciated the luggage storage in the basement.
