Smooth check in and smoother check out, with very good beds for a comfy sleep along with a cabin that was very clean with a hygienically clean washroom. They even provided us with a blanket, towels, electric mattress, toaster, glasses, cups and all the cutleries to make our stay comfortable. Definitely a place to stay when in mount gambier. Highly recommended.

AustraliaI just appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the warmth of the hotel in both the lounge area and my room.
After spending 2 weeks sleeping in my van and breaking down in Mt Gambier it was great to have a warm comfy bed and shower without it costing me an arm and a leg.
Thank so much to everyone at the Commercial hotel for helping me have a great stay while here in Mt Gambier, and I will recommend it to all my friends!

The Blue Lake is really nice and a good place to visit. It is a shame that a location with so many natural beauties has been built up around and in the middle of suburbia. The calm deep blue lake is impressive to see from above.

November Blue has to be Seen to be Believed!! It would still look good now in February. My Wife and I will be there on 11th March'22 Catching up with Good Friends.
