Make sure you get a train booking. Arriving and expecting to get on the next train is not always possible. Even on a day out of season and school holidays we still had to wait for over an hour. The grounds were well kept and facilities a plus. The small heated pool was great for our 3yr old who loves water but too cold for beach. 200m from beach and footpath that goes to busselton, handy for those who like a walk or enjoy riding. It has beautiful artwork on the walls which you can purchase as well. It is walking distance to the beach. There is a lovely big park across the road. Plenty of outdoor space with a fully enclosed grassed backyard. It has two inside lounge areas and an outdoor lounge as well. Very clean and tidy with a fully equipped kitchen.
