The location is really central. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff were very helpful - storing our luggage, bringing our luggage to our room, upgrading us. It was a lovely stay. (Particularly the male manager? At reception). He printed some documents for us and offered us an upgrade. His kindness was much appreciated.

Excellent location - could drag a heavy XL luggage and still walk to the underground…close to restaurants, shops, cafes etc…bed was super comfortable with firm/soft pillows properly labelled - so thoughtful. Complimentary wine, crisps etc was a lovely welcome. Clean and loved their bath/shampoo collection.

Great location—everything was within walking distance to the CBD and shopping areas. The room was super spacious with two showers, two basins, and cool, modern decor. Superb service too—staff were helpful and stored our luggage while we waited for our flight.

    I liked how the property was close to the city centre and only 15mins walk to both Elizabeth Quay and Perth Mint. It was also around the corner from Woolworths and other restaurants up and down the street. Also a 10min walk to Northbridge/Chinatown area with more Asian cuisines. I also liked how it was an apartment style with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with lounge area and kitchen facilities.

    Staff were very helpful aiding the car park arrivals and also the useful recommendation to get to Elizabeth Quay via the ferry instead of driving there. It was pleasant experience by ferry transport, which takes 8 mins only. The location was excellent with beautiful park and greeney, that was perfect for strolling and enjoying the scenery. Liked that the hotel had different fun facts of the day in the lift to learn something new everyday!

    The room was cleaned everyday (except for Sunday unless upon request), and the hotel was centrally located. It was a few minutes’ walk from Elizabeth Quay station, and the shopping area. The hotel also provided free laundry facilities up till 9pm, including laundry powder. It was a bonus that we were provided access to a 24-hour gym which was several minutes’ walk away across two streets and very well-equipped.

    Our first hotel in Australia. Central. Just a stone's throw away from both the train station and Elizabeth Quay. Spacious room. The staff is always kind and courteous, especially Dushan, who on the last day professionally resolved an issue I had. A place I would highly recommend.
